Hard Hearted!

Today's Psalm tells us not to "harden our hearts" in difficulties like the Israelites in the desert, but to remember the "the God who made us and the Rock who saves us".  That loving and saving isn't confined to the past tense - we are all loved into life and saved at every moment.

But we need to pray with the Apostles, "Lord increase our faith" so that we, who are all capable of hardening our hearts and sinning, may remember how much we are loved.  If we have faith and trust in God, He will make possible what seems to us impossible.  He will also help us to become the wholesome and unique persons He calls one of us to be.

It is our policy, in so far as possible, to celebrate Community Baptisms.  Baptisms are in Tullamore on the 1st Sunday & 3rd Saturday of the month and in Durrow the 2nd Sunday of the month.
