Tuesday 1st. of November is the Feast of All Saints.
Mass Times:  Tullamore 7.45am, 10.00am, 1.10pm, 6.30pm
Durrow Vigil (Monday 31st) 8.00pm.

FEAST OF ALL SOULS

Wednesday 2nd. of November is the Feast of All Souls.
Mass Times:  Tullamore 7.45am, 10.00am, 6.30pm
All Masses celebrated on Wed. 2nd. & Thurs. 3rd. and all First Friday Masses will be offered for the Altar List of the Dead.

MASS FOR THE BEREAVED

Next Saturday, 5th. of November, the 10.00am Mass will be for all the families in our Parish who have lost a loved one during the year.

It is the teaching of the Church and the practice of our ancestors to remember the dead during this month.  Birth, growth and death are of the natural order.  Each of us will die some day as it is part of God’s plan for us.  Let us follow God’s command and pray for the souls of the dead who have gone before us – our relatives, neighbours, ancestors and all the holy souls.  May God increase his glory, ease the pain and grant them remission of their sins.  We can also visit a church or cemetery during this month.

NIGHT OF LIGHT- CELEBRATION OF HALLOWEEN  

Monday 31st, let’s celebrate with Holy Mass at 6.00pm in Tullamore Church, followed by a Procession and a party in the Parish Centre. Children are invited to come along dressed as… their favourite Saint.

Halloween means evening of ‘The Saints’ and while it has been re-designed by culture as a night of goblins and ghouls, the whole idea of Halloween is the preparation for the great feast of All Saints Day November 1st.

As and from Monday 28th February 2022, the Church barrier will be open only from 7.00am until 12.00 non to facilitate Mass goers.

SACRAMENTS

BAPTISM: Please contact the parish secretary. Baptisms take place monthly on the first Sunday in Tullamore, second Sunday in Durrow, third and fourth Saturday in Tullamore.

CONFESSIONS: Saturday 2.00-3.00pm in the Day Chapel.
