MISSION SUNDAY 

World Mission Sunday takes place today (23 Oct. 2022).  On this day we think of struggling parishes in the growing church throughout Africa, South America, Asia and Oceania.   A retiring collection will be  taken up which will help over 1100 young dioceses and provide assistance to communities for them to build schools, health centres, parish halls and churches. It also supports in the education of future leaders in faith. 

NIGHT OF LIGHT- CELEBRATION OF HALLOWEEN 

Monday 31st, let’s celebrate with Holy Mass at 6.00pm in Tullamore Church, followed by a Procession and a party in the Parish Centre. Children are invited to come along dressed as… their favourite Saint.

Halloween means evening of ‘The Saints’ and while it has been re-designed by culture as a night of goblins and ghouls, the whole idea of Halloween is the preparation for the great feast of All Saints Day November 1st.

PARKINSON’S INFORMATION MEETING 

The venue for this meeting is The Bridge House Hotel on Wednesday 26th. at 8pm. Speakers from the H.S.E. & Parkinson’s Association. Hosted by B.P.W. Tullamore.

As and from Monday 28th February 2022, the Church barrier will be open only from 7.00am until 12.00 non to facilitate Mass goers.

SACRAMENTS

BAPTISM: Please contact the parish secretary. Baptisms take place monthly on the first Sunday in Tullamore, second Sunday in Durrow, third and fourth Saturday in Tullamore.

CONFESSIONS: Saturday 2.00-3.00pm in the Day Chapel.
