O Lord, you have given us your word for a light to shine upon our path;
Grant me that I may find the light that shines more and more until the perfect day;
Through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen  -   Adapted from Saint Jerome

We have introduced some small changes in when we sit and stand at Mass to bring our liturgy into line with the missal,  ie stand from Entrance Antiphon until the First Reading; stand from The Preface until the Holy, Holy.  We hope that a common practice, which is being used in most parishes throughout the country, will help people feel even more welcome and at home in whatever Church they participate in the celebration of the Eucharist.

Young adults are wanted to join an already formed worship band.  Singers and musicians, aged 18 upwards, needed to play at 1.00pm Mass one Sunday a month and other events.  For more information phone Annette 0860583809.
