Jesus, Lord, don't let the fear of death overpower us. And don't let the loss of our 
Loved ones cause us to doubt Your power to "Easter" everybody. Remind us, Lord, 
That You have the last words over death. You are risen! You are not "among the dead." 
Neither are we. We shall live forever in Your triumphant love. Amen.

This week, Easter Monday to Friday 1st. April, there will be one Mass only each day at 10.00 a.m. 
The J Unit Group starts back on Sunday next, 3rd April.  This will see the start of a new 3-week programme. The night starts in the Parish Centre at 7.00 p.m. with dinner and finishes at 8.15 p.m.  New people aged 12-18 always welcome.  Donation €1.
Even though Easter Sunday this year coincided with our clocks going forward to summer time we still had a great attendance at the dawn Mass which has now become established as a favourite Easter ritual in the parish. <Click Here> for photos.

The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass is celebrated in Polish at 2.30pm in the Church of the Assumption on the 4th Sunday of every month. Also, The Polish Community Food blessing will be celebrated on Easter Saturday commencing at 4.00 p.m. 
Święta Ofiara Mszy jest obchodzony w języku polskim 2.30pm w kościele Wniebowzięcia NMP na 4. niedzielę każdego miesiąca .
The next available Baptism dates are Sat. 20th. April and Sun. 1st. May in Tullamore and Sun. 8th. May in Durrow.  The pre-baptism meeting for these dates is on Wednesday 20th. April.

HOLY HOUR: For the prevention of suicide - Thurs 31st. 6.30 - 7.30 p.m. in the Day Chapel.
MEALS ON WHEELS:  A.G.M. Tues 5th. in Hugh Lynch's at 8.00 p.m. All drivers and helpers, past and present are invited to attend.
FIRST. FRI/SAT DEVOTIONS: to the United Hearts of Jesus & Mary in the Parish Centre on Fri. 1st. April: Rosary 6.15 p.m. and Mass 7.00 p.m.
