A most sincere thank you to all who made my Jubilee such a special occasion.  Please accept this as an acknowledgement to all, since individual acknowledgement would be difficult.  This celebration has been a source of great joy for me.  Your kindness has made this possible.  God Bless and thanks again.

The Parents Association of Durrow School will hold a coffee morning & cake sale in the hall beside Durrow Church on Sunday 14th Sept after the blessing of the graves.  All contributions would be very welcome.

Meeting for ALL parents of confirmation candidates, on Thursday 25th in Church of Assumption at 8.00pm.  It is important that at least one parent/guardian attend.  The meeting is for parents/guardians only – children need not attend.

A concert featuring the Garda Choir and the Sacred Heart School Choir will take place in the Church of the Assumption on 24th October.  Tickets €10 will be available next week in the Parish Centre.

The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass is celebrated in Polish at 2.30pm in the Church of the Assumption on the 4th Sunday of every month.

Sacrament of Baptism
The next available Baptism date is on: Sat 20th, Sat 27th Sept& Sun 5th Oct. in Tullamore; Sun 12th Oct in Durrow.  The pre-baptism meeting for this is on Wednesday 17th Sept.
