JESUS CHRIST THE KING
 "The Lamb who was slain"

The Sacrificial lamb on an altar beneath the cross, Mary the Mother of Jesus, St Joseph, his foster father and St John the beloved disciple/evangelist beholding the lamb, and a host of angels paying homage is the Knock apparition scene.

The image of Jesus as the sacrificial lamb of God, prepared to lay down his life for our salvation, is a true picture of the Kingship of Christ: the Shepherd King prepared to die for his flock.

To him be glory and praise forever.

Amen.
