12 November 2019
As I sit here, the beating of my heart, the ebb and flow
of my breathing, the movements of my mind are all signs
of God's ongoing creation of me. I pause for a moment,
and become aware of this presence of God within me. Amen.

FOOTSTEPS THROUGH LENT

Following on from the Longest Night event in December, each Friday during Lent the parish will focus on the sad reality of  suicide and the challenges to our mental health.  At the 7:30 p.m. Mass, for the season, there will be an inspirational speaker who will share their personal experience in this area. The theme FOOTPRINTS comes from the popular reflection that reminds us that Christ carries us in our darkest moments, and that as a community we share in caring for one another.
