FIRST AND LAST

Our readings today tell us that "from East to West, North and South, they will come - the peoples of all nations to praise Him."

He who fathers us into being with love, doesn't restrict His saving Power to any one group, tribe, nation or language.  However, those of us who clearly experience that love need to show it in our relationships.  That is how we best praise Him and proclaim the Good News of His love.

Meanwhile, we don't judge who is first in Our Father's Kingdom, for as the Gospel reminds us, "there are those now last who will be first, and those now first who will be last."
